1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mobile applications and web services ("Service") operated by A2Vibe Creators LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including NutriNine and other products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

NutriNine is a family health organizing application that provides:

• Passwordless authentication via email OTP (primary method, FREE)
• Optional SMS verification (if you choose to opt-in)
• Health report analysis using AI technology
• Personalized meal plans and remedy recommendations
• Medication and supplement tracking with reminders
• Family health management tools

4. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (parental consent required for minors)
• One account per email address

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect the privacy of other users (e.g., family members)

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by A2Vibe Creators LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

NutriNine integrates with third-party services including:

• AWS (cloud storage and AI analysis)
• Google Cloud (AI and analytics)
• Twilio (SMS messaging)
• Razorpay (payments)
• Spotify (music for meditation/sleep)

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2Vibe Creators LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 1 year (for account recovery) and then permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
